" I listed my house in March of 2015 and because of the location, I had many showings. My agent mentioned using a stager and I just ignored the comments. After nearly a year with no contract, I agreed to the stager. Jill and Heather came in and did a consultation giving me some ideas and homework which included decluttering rooms and closets. I thought, ‘what the heck- I will give it a try.’ We painted a couple of rooms a more neutral color and we freshened up the front door area to make a great first impression. After homework was completed, Jill and Heather came in and staged. Amazing!
