OCCUPIED Home Staging & Redesign Services

Walk & Talk Consultation - $200

This is a 2-hour consultation service where H Design Staging & Redesign will give a detailed report on what we recommend needs to be staged and/or redesigned from curb appeal all the way through the home. With a buyer’s eye in mind, we will recommend changes that will optimize traffic flow, use of space, color schemes, furniture placement, accessories & minimize the presence of clutter. If needed, we will suggest items for purchase to give a fresh, updated look that will greatly improve the sale price of the home. Once you’ve received the report, you decide if you want us to implement the recommendations for you, using our hands-on staging services or you can choose to take our report and implement the changes yourself. (Receive $50.00 OFF a half- or full-days staging when services are booked at the consultation!)

Hands-on Staging

Half Day (4 hours) - $500        |        Full Day (8 hours) - $1,000

After the consultation, we will return to complete the transformation. Your home will be staged with what you already have and what you choose to rent from the H Design Staging & Redesign inventory of decorative accessories. Prior to the scheduled staging day, you may be asked to pack certain items away, store pieces of furniture &/or make some minor repairs.

New Listing -or- Open House Staging Weekend

2 days - $1,100

This staging service is perfect to make a great first impression for the house that was just listed or to have an open house. This package includes a complete detailed consultation and 2 days of hands-on staging. We will work with a detailed action plan that will transform the house into a buyer’s dream. To get a home’s maximum value, every home should go through our complete home staging transformation before being listed.

Shopping Service - $75 per hour

We will create a budget and shop for accessories that serve as an investment in the sale of your home. We have “Designer Discounts” that we can use when we purchase items for you. Additional services available based upon the home’s needs and home seller’s budget.

Redesign Service - $75 per hour

Looking to freshen up your home? We can transform your rooms using your current furnishings and accessories to give it a whole new look and feel. If you are ready for a whole new look, we can recommend furniture or accessories to purchase. We can also help with paint colors, floor coverings and fixture upgrades and no matter what your budget- we will always work within it.
